Stayed here and one of the best stays, will definitely be coming back next time around I'm on the road. Room was clean and staff was very nice, very easy to obtain a room. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville, Florida. It’s a fully renovated, comfortable, and clean hotel just 9 minutes from the beach. The included breakfast was surprisingly good, and the pancake machine was a fun touch! Service was very good as well. The only downside was the poor room soundproofing—we could hear everything from the next room, including their TV. Still, for the price, it was definitely worth it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville - Atlantic Beach! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The complimentary Express Start breakfast was a definite highlight – a great selection of hot and cold items, constantly restocked and kept clean. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and local spots. Overall, our experience was top-notch and exceeded expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next trip to the area!
Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is a typical holiday inn express,not bad. Beds were comfy. Great location. Would be 5 stars but some of the staff are not the friendliest. When someone says hello to you and they just stare back as you have inconvenienced them.
The entire staff was amazing. Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast bar and coffee. Not bad priced. I will definitely recommend this place.
The breakfast was great with longer hours for service, IMO. Good selection of food. Please do better with the home fries or don't serve them, though. King suite had ample space and clean. Door wouldn't lock because of mechanical issue and Jane at front desk was quick to resolve the issue and move me next door. LPT, always make sure door locks before unpacking the entire suitcase & puttingclothes in drawes. Location was convenient. Fresh brew on demand coffee all day, is a nice touch. I'd stay again.
